Its raining its pouring.... when will the sunshine come back?

So yesterday while doing yard work we noticed that a pipe that goes from the power box into the ground was broken because it was rusted through. I called rocky mountain power, they came out and told me that we were responsible for fixing it! Ugh!!! Another thing that we have to mysteriously pull money outta thin air for! The guy said that its not a must fix today thing but he would suggest fixing it in the next week or two at the most! Ugh.... how on earth are we going to have time or money to do this? Im just a little stressed out today, if you cant tell! Ugh!
